    1. Log in to local site
    2. change the 2 url's in "Settings" to what they will actually be - save - do NOT attempt to view blog.
    3. Use PHPMyAdmin to EXPORT your database

    4. Do a fresh WordPress install on your webhost
    5. Create new Database(collate utf8_unicode_ci)
    6. Import database from your local install to hosted install
    7. Login
